We hope that everything you order from us will make you smile, but don’t worry if something is defective or damaged - simply let us know within 24hours .
Due to the personalization aspect of our products, we unfortunately can't accept returns simply for the change of mind.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for shipping.
REFUNDS
Once your issue has been concluded, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.
After your claim has been processed and approved by us, your refund will be put in process.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.
We will refund your purchase in R (South African Rand) if your order was delivered to South Africa, $ (U.S. Dollars) if your order was delivered to United States, € (Euro) for deliveries to the EU, £ (British Pound Sterling) for orders to the U.K, Australian Dollars for orders delivered to Australia, and we always use the most up-to-date exchange rate. Please note that depending on your bank’s currency conversion rate, a difference from the original charged sum may occur when your bank refunds your account.
